Cancellation Policy
- If a reservation is cancelled less than 40 days prior to the arrival date, the advance payment is not refunded.
- If a reservation is cancelled more than 40 days prior to the arrival date, the advance payment is refunded.
- If a reservation is cancelled during the guests’ stay, guests are obliged to pay damages to the company, equal to 50% of the amount owed for the remaining days of the agreed period.
- Our company declares that, if no damage is caused to the company ex ante, in relation to the above-mentioned reasons, then the amount paid as a guarantee will be refunded to the client.
